March 1 – October 31: $275 per night, plus a $200 cleaning fee.

Holiday Weekends: For Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day (from the preceding Saturday to the following Sunday), the rate is $300 per night, plus a $200 cleaning fee.

November – February: $2,200 per month for Snowbirds. Rates are negotiable for longer leases.
