Living Room

The spacious living room comfortably seats six on the sectional and swivel chair. The 75" smart TV enhances entertainment. The sliding door provides access to a large balcony, which includes seating for six. The deck box is filled with beach chairs and toys available for renters to use.
Outdoor Area

The outdoor area features four tennis courts, also marked for pickleball, and two outdoor swimming pools. Additionally, there is an onsite indoor swimming pool.
Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen, featuring new stainless steel appliances, includes all the dishes, silverware, and cookware necessary to meet all your cooking needs. A Keurig, waffle maker, crockpot, and air fryer/roaster/toaster are also provided.
Dining Room

This area of the condo facilitates easy dining with its 4-seat dining table, 4 bar stools, and 6 outdoor chairs on the balcony, complemented by 2 tables.
Guest Bedroom

The Guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, nightstand, dresser, 55" smart TV, and large closet. It has its own adjoining bathroom. All bed and bathroom linens are provided.
Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms with all linens provided. The toilet and tub/shower are separated by a pocket door for privacy, allowing easy access to the sinks and mirrors.
Master Bedroom

The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, two nightstands, a dresser, and a 55" smart TV. All bed linens are provided. The touch lamps include USB ports on the back for conveniently charging devices.
